YRA Token Buybacks

To ensure long-term value accrual for YRA holders, Yieldra commits to using a portion of protocol revenue for systematic token buybacks. This mechanic reduces circulating supply over time and directly aligns platform growth with strategic governance decisions by the community.

Revenue Streams Contributing to Buybacks

  • AMM Revenue: a portion of trading fees collected on the Yieldra DEX AMM may be directed towards purchasing YRA

  • Lending Revenue: a portion of net interest spread and protocol fees from USDY and lending markets may be allocated to YRA buybacks

  • Yieldra Alpha Revenue: revenue from project launches and IDOs on Yieldra Alpha may partially flow into YRA buybacks

  • DEN Token Conversions: DEN (Yieldra’s experimental incentive tokens) can be redeemed or converted, with YRA buybacks being a key sink for this process

  • Early Unstake Penalties: unstaking penalties will partially be distributed to the protocol treasury

  • Early Airdrop Claim Penalties: early airdrop claim penalties will partially be distributed to protocol treasury

  • Ad Hoc Buybacks: Yieldra may execute discretionary buybacks in response to specific milestones, treasury surpluses, or community votes

By tying buybacks to diverse and sustainable revenue streams, YRA maintains strong value capture as ecosystem usage scales.
